OOC Permissions:
Physical Affection: Yes - generally the twins are VERY touchy with family and friends, unless said family/friend has told them to stop, strangers not really, but they will stand uncomfortably close for kicks, sometimes.
Physical Violence: Yes - Elladan WILL fight back and he's not afraid to fight dirty
Romantic Attachments: The twins have each other and have never really looked for romantic attachments, although they probably do flirt for fun, without Elrohir, Elladan might be amenable - convince him!
Mental Manipulation: Yes with the caveat that elves are sorta telepathic, and he's got Galadriel as a grandma, he'll have considerable mental defences to read him without permission
Fourth Walling: I'd prefer no one told him he was fictional but the thing about living forever is that he probably IS a story to half the humans he knows, and he knows it
Triggers: none ICly, unless you count orcs triggering him into wanting to KEEL DEM ALL and OOCly I'll say stop if it gets too uncomfortable
Other: I backtag into infinity, no really, and I don't mind threadjacking either

ELVES ARE SORTA TELEPATHIC EXCEPT NOT REALLY thank you Professor. Basically he can. Skim surface thoughts, at need. He's probably got a 'sense' for how honest/dishonest/good/bad you're being. Please to let me know if this is a problem or how far he can go! He's not likely to actually start mindreading you however.
